Working with Buyers: As a full service concierge Realtor, I review financing options and will help my client connect with the right lender for Pre Approval. I also provide direction for cash buyers or those needing creative financing. This is crucial first, and is an important cornerstone to negotiating the best deal. The best path to success starts with preparation and education... having a concrete financial plan in place (prior to selecting a property) will guarantee an advantage to getting the best deal... when you are ready to make an offer! Now for the fun part! From finding the first home to right sizing to investing... I will create a cutting edge, personalized system, with up to the minute accurate market information to find your property! Working with Sellers: Often, during the selling process is when my client’s truly experience the personal experience and concierge service. Our first discussions will focus on the “WHY” a client is selling, their goals, time constraints, previous experiences and their financial circumstances. We will also discuss the preferred methods of communication, hot buttons, and making our partnership a win/ win. After, I preview your home… I will provide you with my research and data to help you understand your home’s market, suggested pricing and market value. Additionally, I will provide an Estimated Closing Statement which will illustrate the cost breakdown involved selling your home and estimated NET proceeds from the sale. Once we have agreed upon a listing price. I will provide a step by step plan to prepare your home for sale; evaluate and present investing opportunities to maximize your home’s position in the market; provide professional service providers to complete task; help provide estimates, organize, manage, schedule appointments and payments; and create your homes unique “ListStageSell=SuccessfulSale” plan! From start to finish... and on, I work hand and hand with my clients to make buying and selling real estate stress free and financially rewarding! I have been selling real estate for almost 6 years and have been growing my business as a member of the top brokerage in the world, Keller Williams Realty.
